OUR SERVICE

No job is to big or to small for us.

We know that every transportation task entrusted to us has an anxious "sender" and "receiver". Our service aims to do the job right the 1st time and on time to the satisfaction of all parties.

If a problem is encountered along the way, we won't just throw our hands up in the air and say "its all to hard", and not complete the job, far from it. We are there to get the job done by dealing with any problems or issues that might arise.

Don't be surprised if you get a call from us asking for instructions or giving advice about how to deal with any issues that may arise. We believe both the sender and receiver need to be kept informed of what's going on at all times.

THE WORK WE DO

We have a fleet of refrigerated vehicles that are all NSW Safefood compliant. This fleet ranges in size and variety from 1-2 Tonne Vans to 4,6 and 8 pallet trucks. Most of these vehicles can go to -25 degrees if necessary.

Our preference is for pallet on/pallet off type work, but we will consider all transportation requirements.

Primarily we operate in and around the Sydney Metro area, but with a growing demand, are looking to establish runs to Gosford and the Central Coast as well as to the Southern Highlands and Canberra.

We cart everything from general food products (frozen or chilled) to highly specialised and temperature sensitive medical products.

We have extensive experience in dealing with Australian Customs and Airline Freight Clearances from Sydney airport (both Domestic and International) from all the main freight carriers (e.g. Qantas, A.A.E and Patricks).

OUR PRICING

We believe that our charges should be as transparent as possible.
We are happy to provide a written estimate for work to be done.
Generally, we provide to our clients a "menu" of fees and charges that sets our clearly what these fees and charges will be.
In turn at the conclusion of a job, (or for our larger more regular clients at the end of each week) we supply to you the relevant Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and our fully itemised Invoice.
Payment to us can be made via Direct Credit Banking, cheque or cash.
Our terms of payment are usually 14 days from date of Invoice.

All our Vehicles are Safefood NSW compliant. All our drivers are professional, curteous, honest and reliable. They all wear appropriate Safety required (fluoro) clothing and appropriate footwear.
